5. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

NeuroTrade is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds. All trades are executed through your exchange account using API keys that you provide. A3E Ecosystem Inc. is not responsible for:

• The security or solvency of any connected exchange
• Exchange outages, API failures, or delayed executions
• Loss of funds due to exchange hacks, insolvency, or fraud
• Incorrect API key configuration by the user

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A3E Ecosystem Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any trading losses incurred through the platform
• Errors, bugs, or defects in the software
• Unauthorized access to your account or API keys
• Any interruption or cessation of the service
• Any decision made based on information provided by the platform

In no event shall A3E Ecosystem Inc.'s total liability exceed the amount you have paid in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Jurisdiction

A3E Ecosystem Inc. is incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

By using NeuroTrade, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading
• You are trading with funds you can afford to lose
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for complying with local laws and tax obligations
• You will properly configure API keys with trade-only permissions
• You will monitor your account regularly and use the risk management tools provided

9. Modifications

A3E Ecosystem Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
